Healing is never a straight line. It's a three dimensional; up, left, right, down, diagonal....

You hire a homeopath to help navigate the all the changes and directions you will go in and you know we are here to help, but don't always know how, why and when to reach out.

Common question I get include how, why and when and more about how to communicate with your homeopath.

Here are a few helpful hints to make our communication effective.

How

I can be reached by phone, text, email, and portal. These are a few suggestions

• Email - almost always ok. I will get the email when I'm in the office, and often times when I'm not at my desk as well. If you aren't looking for an immediate response, this is the best way to reach me. It provides me with the tool of being able to sort, mark and track emails.

  • My office hours vary based on work load and family commitments, so I try to response quickly, but may be up to 24 hours before getting a response.

  • For various reasons, I don't keep office hours on the weekends, so if you send an email between Friday evening and Sunday, you will most likely hear back from me on Monday

• Text - this is a good option for something quick -

  • a clarifying question about your instructions

  • an appointment request

  • an urgent situation

    • in an urgent situation you should take precautions to seek appropriate medical care.

    • I will try to respond, but can't guarantee I will be available, so again, please don't hesitate to seek medical care.
